    Your Shipping & Handling Costs will be calculated separately, based on your location. Music Infusion is committed to charging you ONLY what is charged to us from our vendor warehouses.

    You will receive your FINAL INVOICE TOTAL via email - at which time you will be asked to ACCEPT or DECLINE. Your order will not process & your card will not be charged until we receive your final approval.

    Product Availability Before Shipping:

    The computerized inventory of our suppliers enables us to confirm availability of the item(s) you are requesting. However, we can't guarantee your item(s) will be in stock at the time of the actual order. We suggest that you order a few weeks before you need your equipment. This will help protect you against "out-of-stock" items, carrier strikes, or back-order situations. We will call to confirm the shipping information you have selected. If you have an important deadline, please call (626) 808-1438 to communicate that to us at the time or your order so that proper arrangements can be made.

    Shipping Destinations:

    At this time, Music Infusion ships merchandise only to locations within the continental United States and not to International locations. Nor does Music Infusion ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web-site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

    Shipping Carriers:

    Standard shipments will normally be sent via UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, or USPS Mail.

    Shipment Times and Expedited Shipping Charges:

    Items in stock typically ship out within 1 to 2 business days and originate from our various warehouses throughout the USA. For this reason, if you need expedited shipping, you must call us the same day of your order at (626) 808-1438 and speak directly to one of our representatives. Or, if unavailable due to another caller, leave your name and contact number - and our representative will call you back shortly. Expedited shipping charges (based on time-frame needed and location shipped to) will then be recalculated and added accordingly to your final credit card total.

    You are welcome to call us for an exact shipping total before you finalize your order.

    Shipping Cost Exceptions:

    Unusually heavy or large items (such as amps, speakers, rack systems, large keyboards, bass drums, large cases, etc.) will warrant additional shipping charges. This is an unavoidable occurrence and we will contact you directly with any additional shipping cost amount before your order is actually shipped out. You will, therefore be given the option to completely finalize your order before the shipment process is activated.

  • Music Infusion Satisfaction Guarantee and Returns Policies:

    Satisfaction Guarantee:

    Music Infusion is pleased to offer our customers a 14-Day MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE (7 days on certain items - see * below). If you are not completely satisfied with product that was "In-Stock" at the time the order was placed, you may return it for a full refund, Music Infusion Credit, or an exchange valued at the purchase price (less any shipping and any **Restocking Fees). Restrictions apply.

    Return Policy:

    Items returned must be in perfect working order and esthetically in "new" condition. There is a 14-Day Return Period for merchandise purchased through Music Infusion. *There is a 7-Day Return Period the following items: pro workstation keyboards, rackmount signal processors, and fog machines. **There is a 15% Restocking Fee on all open-box returns. PLEASE NOTE: Any custom or non-inventory orders may also be subject to a 15% Restocking Fee and restriction on returns or exchanges.

    Non-Returnable Items:

    Due to certain legal and health restrictions, computer software (copyright legislation mandates no returns on opened software), books, videos, sheetmusic, songbooks, CDs, reeds, fog fluid, cleaning products, vintage items, opened strings, and tubes are not returnable, as are any items considered originally "out of stock" needing to be special ordered from a manufacturer. Any other product exceptions will be noted on customer receipts at time of purchase.

    Return Preparation:

    Returned products must be returned as NEW. Any returns must first be approved by Music Infusion by calling (626) 808-1438 and requesting a Return Authorization (RA) number. PLEASE NOTE: An appropriate shipping address will be provided for you at the time you receive your RA number. Merchandise must be returned undamaged in any original manufacturer's box and packaging. We recommend double-boxing your shipment for the best protection. You are responsible for merchandise until it safely reaches us. We are not responsible if your return merchandise gets lost in the mail. Returns lost during shipping may not be credited unless a tracking number is available. Approval for full refund based on condition of returned item is subject to final determination by Music Infusion.

    Cleaning and Sterilization Fees:

    $5.00 for each woodwind or brass instrument that is returned ($20 for each instrument priced over $3000). $3.50 for each mouthpiece or bow that is returned ($7.50 for each mouthpiece priced over $300).

    Return Processing:

    Please allow approximately 2 weeks for returns to clear and process. Credit card purchases are credited back to the original credit card.

    Merchandise returned to Music Infusion must have the following:

    > A copy of the Sales Receipt with your Reason for Return.
    > All accessories: Power Adaptors, Cables, Connectors, mouthpieces, etc.
    > Any Owner's Manual.
    > Any Blank Warranty Card.
    > Original Manufacturer's Box and Packaging (DO NOT WRITE RA NUMBER ON THE BOX).
    > Boxes re-taped with CLEAR TAPE ONLY.
    > A Return Authorization (RA) number written ON THE SHIPPING LABEL ONLY.
    > Shipping Insurance (available through UPS/FedEx) for the full value of your purchase.
    > Obtain & retain a TRACKING NUMBER for your shipment. (We suggest UPS/FedEx for return shipments.)
